為了加強中國內地與港、澳、臺地區及亞太各國終身教育界的對口合作與深層交流，由香港終身學習促進會（HKAILL）和廣州沃爾德終身教育研究院（GAWLER）等聯合主辦，由韓國終身教育協會（KLEA）協辦，由亞洲旅行社有限公司(YTS) 承辦的主題為「2020’亞太終身學習政策、實踐與合作學術論壇（香港）」的亞太區終身教育界高層次學術研討活動----將於2020年月日- 日（4日）在香港悅來酒店（4星級）召開。 在此,論壇聯辦機構共同邀請閣下與會，雅集香港, 攜手為促進亞太終身學習而盡綿薄之力! To improve the cooperation and the deep academic communication on lifelong learning among the P.R. China, and countries of the Asia-Pacific region, a high-level academic conference of lifelong learning in the Asia-Pacific region hosted by the Hong Kong Association for Improvement of Lifelong Learning (HKAILL), and the Guangzhou Academy of World Lifelong Education Research (GAWLER), co-organized by the Korea Lifelong Education Association (KLEA), organized by the Yazhou Travel Service Ltd. (YTS) will be held from 15 December 2014 to 18 December 2020 at Hong Kong Panda Hotel, a 4-star hotel. The theme of the conference is “2020’Asia-Pacific Lifelong Learning Policy, Practice and Cooperation Academic Seminar (Hong Kong)” (ALLPPCAS). 1. 宗旨： 1. TheMission ·終身學習是當代世界教育發展的總趨勢，終身學習體系的建構及終身學習社會（城市、社區學院、學校、企業、家庭…….）的建成是每個教育工作者義不容辭的任務。最近，《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要(2010-2020年)》明確要求：「構建體系完備的終身教育。學歷教育和非學歷教育協調發展，職業教育和普通教育相互溝通，職前教育和職後教育有效銜接。繼續教育參與率大幅提升，從業人員繼續教育年參與率達到50%以上。現代國民教育體系更加完善，終身教育體系基本形成，促進全體人民學有所教、學有所成、學有所用。」 ·「發揮亞太引領作用，維護和發展開放型世界經濟」,這一歷史性課題同樣也應被每位亞太教育工作者深思、踐行; ·成人與職業教育是終身教育體系建構中的關鍵的一環，應給予特別研究與推動； ·加強中國內地與港、澳、台及亞太區終身教育界對口合作與深層次交流； ·終身教育理論是全人類共有的精神文明成果，在這一理論基礎之上的當今豐富社會實踐與多元多層次合作中，我們更容易找到共同的語言和一致的目標；而在當下，其理論指導下的政策、實踐與合作的推進已成為社會發展中的要義； ·政策正確，實踐健康，合作良好，均離不開研究的科學；而科學的研究，又基於理論和實踐的結合，回顧與前瞻的並重，國情(地區情)與世情的關注；因此，事関全人類之終身教育研究確應加強； ·促進終身學習是共同建設「和諧社會、和睦人際、和平亞太」的良好途徑。 In the times of knowledge economy, lifelong education is an important trend of contemporary educational development. To construct a system of lifelong education and a society of lifelong studying (covering cities, community colleges, schools, enterprises, families, etc.) is incumbent upon education practitioners. Recently, the Outline of the National Plan for Medium- and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020) indicates that “to construct a complete system of lifelong education; achieve balanced development of education with and without record of formal schooling, communication between vocational education and general education, and efficient linkage between pre-service education and post-career education; enhance participation in continuing education. There should be over 50% of people in the whole country accepting continuing education every year. A sound modernnationaleducationalsystem and a lifelong education system will take shape, encouraging people to learn how to teach, how to learn and how to practice in the daily life.” “Give full play to the leading role of the Asia-Pacific region, while maintaining and developing an open world economy.” Every education practitioners in the Asia-Pacific region should ponder over and take on this historic task. Adult and vocational education is an essential part of the lifelong education system. Therefore, we should pay more attention to research in and promotion of adult and vocational education. “To improve the cooperation and the deep academic communication on lifelong learning among the P.R. China, and countries of the Asia-Pacific region” The theory of lifelong education is a common achievement which belongs to all of the human beings. It’s easier to for us find out the same goal and a common language from the various kinds of cooperation at different levels based on the theory. Meanwhile, policies, practice and cooperation guided by the lifelong education theory have become the mainspring of the development of society. Correct policies, healthy practice and good cooperation are inseparable from scientific research, while scientific research is based on the combination of theory and practice, national (regional) and world situations, as well as retrospect and prospect. Therefore, lifelong education research as a matter of concern for humanity should be strengthened. To promote lifelong education is a good method of building “a harmonioussociety, harmonious interpersonal relationship, and a peaceful Asia-Pacific region”. 2.主題： 2. He formerly served as Founder and Managing Vice-president of BNU-HKBU United International College; President of Faculty of Arts of, University Dean of Students of, and a professor of comparison between Chinese and Western thoughts of Chinese University of Hong Kong; a visiting professor of School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Tsinghua University and Faculty of Arts of Fudan University; a research fellow of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. The UIC he founded has won universal praise at home and abroad for its liberal arts education. He received an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities in 2011 fromAugsburgCollegeinMinnesota,United States, and he is the first Chinese scholar who has ever been granted this honor in the college’s 142 years history.
