香港終身學習促進會(HKAILL)是由香港警務署批准、由亞太區和中國內地終身學習研究學者和工作者共同成立的非牟利、獨立、學術性之社會團體（社团编号为LIC/SO/19/51112）。
宗旨：紮根香港、溝通亞太、服務全球終身學習事業。
共同研究、宣傳和推動亞太終身教育的理論與實踐，致力推動終身學習的社會理念和共識，實現亞太地區終身教育學界的發展、融合和共進。
鼓勵教育研究人員及各層次、各門類、各學科教育界等相關領域專業人士分享專業知識和從業經驗，創建學術交流平臺，通過舉辦研討會、成果報告、專題講座、等活動，促進亞太區（特別是中國內地和香港等）終身教育理念的實踐和推廣發展 。
與中國內地及亞太區終身教育機構、組織或團體聯合舉辦各種交流互訪活動，共同促進和提高終身教育體系的建構與完善。
The Hong Kong Association for the Promotion of Lifelong Learning (HKAILL) is a non-profit, independent, and academic social organization approved by the Hong Kong Police Force and jointly established by lifelong learning researchers and workers in the Asia Pacific region and mainland China (REF.CP/ LIC/SO/19/51112).
Mission: Rooting in Hong Kong, communicating with Asia Pacific, and serving the global lifelong learning cause.
·To jointly research, promote and promote the theory and practice of lifelong education in the Asia Pacific region, and strive to promote the social concept and consensus of lifelong learning, in order to achieve the development, integration, and progress of lifelong education academia in the Asia Pacific region.
• Encourage education researchers and professionals in education at all levels, categories, disciplines and other related fields to share professional knowledge and experience, create academic exchange platforms, and promote the practice and promotion of lifelong education concepts in the Asia-Pacific region (especially in Chinese mainland and Hong Kong) through holding seminars, achievement reports, special lectures, and other activities.
· Jointly organize various exchange and exchange visits with lifelong education institutions, organizations or groups in Chinese mainland and the Asia-Pacific region to jointly promote and improve the construction and improvement of the lifelong education system.
