香港終身學習促進會(HKAILL)是由香港政府批准、由亞太區和中國內地終身學習研究學者和工作者共同成立的非牟利、獨立、學術性之社會團體。
宗旨：紮根香港、溝通亞太、服務全球終身學習事業。
· 共同研究、宣傳和推動亞太終身教育的理論與實踐，致力推動終身學習的社會理念和共識，實現亞太地區終身教育學界的發展、融合和共進。
· 鼓勵教育研究人員及各層次、各門類、各學科教育界等相關領域專業人士分享專業知識和從業經驗，創建學術交流平臺，通過舉辦研討會、成果報告、專題講座、等活動，促進亞太區（特別是中國內地和香港等）終身教育理念的實踐和推廣發展 。
· 與中國內地及亞太區終身教育機構、組織或團體聯合舉辦各種交流互訪活動，共同促進和提高終身教育體系的建構與完善。
Hong Kong Association for Improvement of Lifelong Learning (HKAILL) is a professional, independent, nonprofit academic society registered in 2014 with approval from the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, set up by a group of academic partners, consultants, researchers and lifelong education practitioners from the Asia-Pacific region and mainland China.The objective of the HKAILL is: Root in Hong Kong, Promote relations in the Asia-Pacific region and Serve lifelong learning in the World.
· Research, advertise and promote theory and practice of lifelong education in the Asia-Pacific region, and promote the social idea and consensus of lifelong learning so as to realize development, integration and improvement of the lifelong education circle in the Asia-Pacific region.
· Motivate sharing of professional experience and advanced knowledge among educational researchers and educational professionals of different levels, types and disciplines, and raise public awareness (especially in mainland China and Hong Kong) of lifelong education by establishing an academic communication platform and organizing academic seminars, research result reporting, public speeches and paper publishing activities.
· Cooperate closely with lifelong educational institutions, organizations or groups from mainland China and the Asia-Pacific region in organizing and launching inspiring and productive exchange programmes or study tours together.
