(We shall deal with student enrollment, transportation and accommodation, teaching management and other relevant issues.)
上课地点：香港或中国内地。

一、本方案是广州沃尔德终身教育研究院应某上市公司需求编制。
二、参加人员：约20人/每期, 均为该仓储公司高层管理人员 (多期)
三、研修周期：香港7日(或4日)
四、研修考察内容：（可调整）
1、研修：（5日）
（1）专业教练（销售教练）的角色及技巧；
（2）当代零售业发展趋势及店铺营运标准；
（3）零售业卓越服务与销售技巧的提高：
（4）零售业员工管理及优秀团队的建立；
（5）零售业个人效益管理；
（6）零售业的基本销售分析；
2、香港同业考察：（2日）
五、项目分工：
1、研修课程：由香港某机构提供；
2、考察项目：由教学方与考察方共商；
3、协调：香港终身学习促进会(HKAILL)、广州沃尔德终身教育研究院(GAWLER)。
